Do I Have Act I Inferno in Diablo 3 Mastered?

At launch it took me 10.5 hours to complete Act I in normal mode in Diablo 3. I thought it was pretty good for my first time playing the game. I think the average player was completing it in 8 hours or so. I think by the time I reached Inferno I had knocked it down to about 6 hours.

Last night I decided to see how long it would take me to do Act I inferno completely from start to finish. It went much faster than I thought it would. I didn't skip content, and amazingly it only took less than 2.5 hours to complete.

It really made me start thinking that Diablo 3 from Act I to Act IV would take approximately 8-10 hours. If you look at it that way the game doesn't have much content. Of course you can farm paragon levels now, but that isn't quite the same as following the story from Act I to Act IV.

The game definitely needs more content. How do you add content to a game when you have already encountered, and killed the final boss?  Does Blizzard just make some kind of side story out of a DLC, or expansion? I will be curious to see if they ever add more content to the game.
