Last night I finally decided to finish up Diablo 3 Inferno. I was excited to actually be able to say I completed it. It should have been satisfying right? What if I told you my favorite game to play right now let me down big time at the end?
Yup. I am going to bash the game that I have 232 hours played in. Do you know what really pissed me off? What do you think happened at the end of the game when I killed Diablo?
Unfortunately not much. It took me about 30 minutes to solo Diablo so guess what happened? I lost all five stacks of nephalem valor. How disappointing is that? Believe me it gets worse.
You also figure I am now getting an extra 24% magic find being paragon level 8. You would think that would help boost my drops a little. Are you ready for the climax?
May I have a drumroll please....
Diablo is dead, and all he dropped was blues. Can you believe it? Supposedly the biggest and baddest last boss of the game, and you get no drops even worth the time to loot. I don't care if I had zero nephalem valor the last boss should be dropping at least some rares if not at least one legendary, or set item no exceptions.
I can understand a little that they don't just want people farming Diablo for loot, but getting only blue drops is going a little bit too extreme.
