What the hell? The announcement of Warhammer Online Wrath of Heroes was a total surprise this morning. It is the best thing ever that Bioware Mythic has done with this IP. I am still trying to pick myself up from the floor I am in so much shock.
The three faction pvp that players have wanted since day one of Warhammer Online is finally going to be here. This is going to be League of Legends on steroids. I can't wait to see a 6 v 6 v 6 battles in a scenario setting.
Wrath of Heroes has everything I dreamed about in a pvp game. No crazy level grind, RR grind, but I am sure there will be some kind of ranking system. How nice is it going to be to just be able to pick your favorite class, and pvp? The champions look pretty sweet.
I signed up for the beta, but I really doubt I see an invite. If they really want truthful feedback they would let me in, but I think I probably have a Wanted poster hanging up inside their office.
This isn't an expansion, or revamp of Warhammer Online, but a whole new game. I haven't been this excited about a game for a long time. The only news that would make it better is if I am able to play it at PAX.
