What is World of Warcraft's next MMORPG going to be like? After reading PCGamer this weekend it gave me these crazy ideas on what Blizzard may be up to with the project Titan. Will they use the Call of Duty IP for their next MMORPG, or will it be a brand new IP that allows for them to make the lore, and story however they want?
After Call of Duty Black Ops it seems the next expansion will be in space. Sledgehammer Games will be making it. Can both be made at the same time, or can the FPS expansion come out a year earlier than an MMORPG counterpart?
I keep hearing rumors about Blizzard making the next MMORPG a Sci-Fi, and also Call of Duty. Could they be mixing the two to reinvent the MMORPG genre as it is today?
I like the thought of incorporating the great things about an FPS, and also the great things of MMORPG's. Could we finally merge these two into a genre that makes both sides happy? I think taking the great things from both genres, and removing the bad things from both could only be a win-win.
