Yup, I have spent 17 hours now playing LA Noire. It just seems like time is flying when I play the game. I can start to feel that the game is getting a little monotonous though. It is sort of the same thing over, and over. You drive to the crime scene, look for clues, question people, and eventually arrest someone.
I have finally figured out how to get my partner to drive. It sure is saving me a ton of time driving in circles myself. It takes away the immersion a little bit, but you can sit at red lights only so much before you want to do some road rage.
I finished the Black Dahlia case tonight, and received my next promotion. I don't quite understand the promotion, but I am now on the Vice squad whatever that means. I figured it was a good stopping point for the night.
I picked up a few other games on Steam that I may check out tonight just to take a break from LA Noire so I don't burn myself out, and not finish the game.
