Yes I want to puke. Why do I want to puke? It may have something to do with City of Heroes closing down. You may be asking why would that make you want to puke?
It is simple. Suddenly yesterday everyone had to post about all the memories they had in the game, and how they couldn't believe it was closing down. These are the same people I wrote about a few days ago who play games 2-3 hours for a few weeks, and never play again. Now you know the real reason it is closing down. Games can't pay the bills with casual players.
Please do me a favor and quit writing blog posts about all the memories you had in the game, and how you are going to miss it. If you were actually playing City of Heroes it wouldn't be closing, and would have never had to go to F2P in the first place.
Do you see what your 2-3 hours a week of sight seeing does? Stop writing about games that you spent a total of 10 hours playing, and trying to make everyone believe you dedicated every free moment playing the game. I doubt anyone posting on social media yesterday about it actually has played the game in the last six months, or put any significant amount of time into the game.
