Push The Cart

Okay today I was playing Team Fortress 2, and it started to feel just like a scenario, warfront or whatever in any MMORPG.  Is it really that hard to figure out what you are supposed to do?  I just felt like ragequitting, and luckily my headphones died so I had an excuse to quit.

I find it hard to believe that no one even reads the objective before picking which type of game they want to play.  Currently I try to just play the Payload race one for now.  It is simple.  The blue team pushes the cart to the end of the track, and the red team tries to stop them.  Sounds pretty easy right?

Obviously not for the idiots I kept getting grouped up with today.  They were literally fighting near the beginning of the track, and not even pushing forward to where the cart was.  The cart was inches away from victory, and everyone was back fighting just to be fighting.

It so reminded me of my pvp experiences in mmorpg's.  Everyone is off doing their own thing instead of working as a team.  Imagine that?  Actually using teamwork in a game called Team Fortress 2.  Who would ever think you should be working as a team?
