I keep trying to force myself to play my Archmage as a healer. Every single time I just want to ragequit. I just don't see the fun, or the reward.
Yesterday I kept healing players over, and over. I healed for thousands, and thousands. What is my renown at the end of the scenario? The lowest renown of almost every player.
How is this possible? I kept so many players alive. It is the exact reason I hate healing other players. It is pointless to heal a tank who is being attacked by ten sorcs. He isn't killing anyone except absorbing damage so you never earn renown.
The way I understand how healing, and renown works are the players you are healing must be killing, or you earn nothing but a sore finger from spamming heals non stop.
