This morning I received my credits back from Mythic. The best part I also received my provisional credits from my fraud investigation from the bank. It is like I won the lottery, but have to give back the money in 36 hours.
I am feeling a little better knowing that it takes the bank 36 hours to take back their own money. I figured they would instantly take it back after Mythic issued my credits.
It is still weird how this is playing out. Initially I had 16 charges. This morning I see 13 credits, and only 14 charges. Magically two charges just disappeared like they never happened. My charge from two weeks ago also just disappeared. At least that is what it looks like to me. I think it all evens out.
Anyways I am ordering my new cards today, and opening a second checking account just for the internets.
I am still mad at EA/Mythic for this happening. I still haven't played since it happened, my account is still canceled, and I no longer have a sub till the year 2022.
I still want to play Warhammer Online, but I just don't feel EA/Mythic has come clean on it yet. So for now I am going to sit tight, and see how they plan on making this right for players who were affected.
