I had a good laugh today at Mythic. I decided to stroll over to the Warhammer Herald. I see some hot fix notes. Now here comes the funny part.

I finally picked myself up from the floor from laughing so hard. For a company that stresses the layoffs haven't affected anything I have to disagree. Are you kidding me? It really takes 7 days to respond to an appeal?
What if it was something really critical? 7 days is like 10 years in gaming time. How could it take that long to fix an appeal when you probably are lucky to have 25k subscribers?
