I am okay with harder levels. It is how the hardness is factored into Diablo 3 that flat out just gets annoying. They have made certain elite mobs spawn together, and do these laser light shows. At least that is what I am calling them.
These mobs are easy to kill one versus one, but putting three together that do a laser light show is nearly impossible. It is like Blizzard intentionally wants you to waste gold repairing so you will have to use the real money auction house to buy any equipment.
I would be okay with it if it just required a strategy, but really there isn't one. You can't just pull one because they are interconnected bring a friend type of mobs. In case that wasn't enough they stick a mini boss in the middle of them. You have no choice but to do suicide damage runs until eventually you kill them.
I have found it much easier just to drink heavily, and than you just don't care as much about dying. Otherwise, I just feel the urge to break my keyboard across my knee over, and over. I guess that is why they call it the hell mode, but I would rather just have more mobs with higher health, and not some stupid elite super laser light show.
