I finished Act III tonight in Diablo 3. I managed to kill Azmodan with ease. I just spammed about six spells when the cooldowns were up. The only real strat is to stay out of the black glowing circles of lava. Otherwise there should be no problem killing him. Here is few screenshots showing the beginning, and end of the fight along with my skill setup I used during the fight. Basically I used 1,2,3,4, and right and left mouse clicks.
